Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Items should be unused, unwashed, and returned with all tags intact.

• Returns are not applicable on sale items, customized products, or accessories.

How to Return

• At the moment, we do not offer reverse pickup.

• Please self-ship the product via any reliable courier within 7 days of raising the return request.

• Kindly pack the item securely and include a note with your Order Number inside the package.

• Ship the parcel to the following address:

  In both the above mentioned approaches, the return courier charges will be borne by the customers.

Refund Process

• Once we receive the product and complete a quality check, refunds are initiated within 4–7 business days.

• Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

• For COD orders, a bank transfer will be processed.

• Kindly note, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If your requested size/style is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.

Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?
